The Early Childhood Cluster caters for Kindergarten-Year 3 children in a collaborative, family like setting designed around active, curious, creative and capable children who all come with their own knowledge and skills, family stories, individual personalities and strengths.

Families know their own ‘child’ and educators know ‘children’ and together they build relationships focusing on the Early Years Learning Framework supporting children gently and slowly to ‘Be, Belong and Become’ as diverse individuals in a shared community setting.

Staff focus on coaching and facilitating learning alongside children, sharing their skills and knowledge to develop strong and wide foundations for effective communication, purposeful literacy and numeracy in each child’s journey towards independence and interdependence –

“ No Human is an Island”.

Children are enabled to be Thinkers and Tinkers, with adults being the dynamic link to the prepared environment which children purposefully set and re-set together making the curriculum come alive and tangible in terms they understand and can act upon.
